Thanks for your interest in our layaway program. Remember November 15th is the last day for the year for layaways and layaways will start again January 1st.

We offer 4 different layaway plans.

How to place a order on Layaway



Layaway Terms:
 
1. To place an order on layaway:
 
A. The layaway order must be a minimum of $50.00.
B. You must place an order in the usual way Online - Only.

C. The order must be placed using a Credit Card - Only.
 


2. Due to a minimum amount of storage:
 
A. Only 1 layaway is allowed at a time.

B. You can not add or remove items from your layaway.

C. All layaways must be paid for within the allotted time.
    (The Layaway will be canceled if we are unable to receive payment. No exceptions will be made. )

D. There is a 25% restocking fee on all canceled layaways
     (Your card will be credited for all but 25% of the total)

E. There is a extra 10% restocking fee on all Special ordered items
     (Your card will be credited for all but 35% of the total for that item(s))

3. You must agree to the above terms:
 
A.  A layaway contract must be signed by you and returned
    to us within a 1 week period, via mail - Only.
     (We will be send the contract to you via email confirming your layaway)
                This is for our records and No exceptions will be made.

B. If you cancel your layaway ( for any reason ), you will not be able to place
    another order on Layaway - for at least year. C. We reserve the right to cancel all layaway orders.

2. Items on Special
3. Closeout Items
4. Discontinued Items
5. Some Dollhouses
6. All Wallpapers
7. All Glues, Paints & Stains
8. and on All Catalogs & Books!!!






Layaway plans we offer: 1 Month Plan: ($50.00 or More)
Your card will be charged 25% of the Sub- Total week 1 and then 25% the 2nd, 3rd & 4th week.
The Shipping charges are charged on the last week, when the order is sent.

(Example:) Your Sub Total is: $200.00 and your shipping charges are $5.60 Grand Total of $205.60

  • on Week 1 your card is charged $50.00
  • on Week 2 your card is charged $50.00
  • on Week 3 your card is charged $50.00
  • on Week 4 your card is charged $55.60
2 Month Plan: ($50.00 or More)
Your card will be charged 50% of the Sub- Total the first month and then 50% the second Month.
The Shipping charges are charged on the last month, when the order is sent.

(Example:) Your Sub Total is: $100.00 and your shipping charges are $5.60 Grand Total of $105.60

 
4 Month Plan: ($200.00 or More)
Your card will be charged 25% of the Sub- Total month 1 and then 25% the 2nd, 3rd & 4th month.
The Shipping charges are charged on the last month, when the order is sent.

(Example:) Your Sub Total is: $400.00 and your shipping charges are $5.60 Grand Total of $405.60

 
6 Month Plan: Sorry this plan is no longer available.


 
How to place an order on layaway: Some items have a Pull Down Button to Select a layaway Plan from. But, if one of the items that you ordered does not have a Pull Down Button; You can still place your order on layaway. In the comment section located at the end of the ordering form, Simply, Type in the following:  Please place my order on Layaway. Remember you must place an minimum order of $50.00.

A letter will be sent to you via email confirming your layaway.
