  1. How do I order? There isn't a order button.

    Please allow us to Apologize for the inconvenience!

    But, we have found it necessary to take the order buttons off of the front pages. It is due to some items having color and / or style choices. The decision was made to prevent any delays & mistakes with orders.

    All you have to do is:
    Simply Click on Image or the name of the item(s) you would like to order and the Description and the order control button will appear.

    If a order button is not present, most likely the item is "Out of Stock"

     

  2. Do you accept paypal?

    Sorry as of 02-01-07, this option is no longer available. Too many problems.....
     
  3. Do you ship overseas and where?

    We do ship overseas.

    Please note: We ship Via - "USPS" they will not insure all packages to all countries. We  do not ship orders to Nigeria & Taiwan, etc...

     

  4. When an item is Marked §§ or (§) what does it mean?

    §§ = : Special Order Item

    This item is a Special Order item and may take an additional 4 to 8 weeks for delivery.
     

  5. Can I request a Catalog to be sent to me?

    Unfortunately we are still too small of a company to have our own Catalog.
     

  6. I would like to send a list of things to my mom. Do you have a way to make a wish list?

    Sorry for the inconvenience, but we have a NEW Inventory control system.
    You can request it in the comment section of the order form or email us requesting it.

    If the item is on Sale or on special, you will be charged the Regular Retail Price for the item.

    Please Note:  We can not guarantee delivery of it.
     

  8. I have noticed that you are out of stock on some items. Can I still order it?

    Yes, you can! By, e-mail or in the comment section of the order form.

    Please Note:  If the item is on Sale or on special, you will be charged the Regular Retail Price for the item.
    The item may not be available for a while or it may be discontinued. So, we can not guarantee delivery of it.

     
  9. Can I use more then one coupon per order?

    Sorry only one coupon can be used per order.
     

  10. Is your order form secure?

    Yes, no one can view your important information!
     

  11. What credit cards do you accept?

    We accept Visa and Mastercard.
     

  12. Can I pay for my order by Personal Check?

    Yes & No

    Please Note: As of 01/26/03, we are no longer accepting payments by personal check on Overseas

    order or orders out side of the Continental USA. Absolutely No exceptions will be made for anyone.
     

  13. Regarding Overseas orders and personal checks, do you except them?

    We apologize, but as of 01/26/03, we will only accept overseas orders, under the condition that the buyer knows that there will be two separate charges on their credit card:

    Charge #1 for the items.

    Charge #2 for the shipping.

    Sadly this is due to non payment on orders paid by Money Orders, Cashiers Check and especially this is due to the shipping industries; Such as the Post Office and UPS.

    Unfortunately, we are finding, that we are placing the burden of costly shipping on our customers and feel that they are not getting the highest quality shipping service that our consumers deserve and are paying for.

    Packages are getting stuck in customs, causing our customers to wait, no matter how we ship the items. We have found that when we ship items on a 4 to 5 day shipping, these orders are still taking a month to get. We have also noticed that when the packages are being opened by the customs agents, they are not being repackaged properly and sadly this can cause damage. Which is costly to us and an inconvenience on you as a consumer.

    As for our patrons who don't mind the high shipping rates and the wait; We will be happy to serve you. As long as you know that the shipping charges are a bit high. But,...

    We can not except orders paid by personal check for overseas orders. Our bank doesn't allow them and the exchange rate fluctuates to often. PLEASE, allow us to apologize for the inconvenience, but if you are unable to pay by credit card, your order can not be processed.
     

  14. Can I send my order by FAX?

    Sorry this option is no longer available
     
  15. I would prefer to send my order by mail, can I?

    Yes! The Best way is to place the order through the store and have our cart send the order yo us Via Email. That way if you are wanting items that are on sale or discontinued we will know that your payment is on the way and we can set the requested items aside for you. You will be able to still send us your payment information to us at:

    Remember Please include:
    1. Both Billing and Shipping (if different) information:
    a. Name
    b. Complete Address
    c. Phone
    d. Email Address

    2. Include Credit Card Information:
    a. Name on Card
    b. Card Number
    c. Expiration date
    d. Three Digit Code on the back of card
    e. Signature (The order form must be signed)

    3. Include the following for each item you want to order:
    a. Stock #
    b. Name of Item
    c. Description (Color or Stain Choice if applicable)
    d. Retail Price
    e. Special Price (if applies to the item)

  16. Can I send my order by Email?

  17. Can I place a order by Phone?

  18. How long will my order take to get to me?

    If you live in the Unite states, orders may take 10 to 14 (Business days), but in rare occasions it might take longer.

    Please Note: Special Order items may take 14 to 21 (Business days - Monday through Friday)

    If you live Outside of the United States, your order will have to go through customs and it will depend on your local customs office

    • If we pay shipping charges, items will be shipped by ground only & At our discretion.

    • During Holidays (Christmas, Tax time), etc... Please allow a fair amount of time. We do not Guarantee a delivery date and will not ship over night for any reason. If you are in a hurry, we asked for at least 3 days for delivery. There maybe a charge of $20 to $50 for rush orders, this charge covers priority fees by the shipper.

    Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is Disrespectful to us. Demanding Customer's orders will be canceled, with no exceptions or acknowledgment.

  19. How is your shipping charge?

    All orders shipped within "The Continental United States"

    Note: It will also depend on the Size and the Shape of the Box, Dollhouse & Display
    Boxes will obviously cost more to ship, most are Drop Shipped from our Suppliers.


    * Start at $ 6.45 for the first pound
    * $ 8.30 for 2 pounds
    * $ 10.60 for 3 pounds
    * $12.65 for 4 pounds
    * $14.45 for 5 pounds
    *** Etc...

    Please Note:  All Orders over $50.00 will be charged $1.65 per - $50.00 increments for Insurance.

  20. How long will my "Back Ordered" Items take?

    We have a New Policy on back ordered items:

    1. If your back ordered items that equal less then $10.00, they will not be shipped

    2. But, If you would still like to receive the back ordered items. We asked that you email us and request that we send them when they arrive.

    Please Note:  A $0.50 service fee & the appropriate shipping fees will be charged.

    3. Back ordered items (Shipped to US destinations) usually take 2 to 3 Weeks for delivery.

    This will also, depend on our suppliers and the availability of the item.

    4. Back ordered items (Shipped outside of the US) usually take 3 to 4 Weeks for delivery.

    This too, will also, depend on our suppliers and the availability of the item.

    Please Note: If an item(s) takes longer then 1 month for us to get in stock. The item will not be shipped.
     

  21. Do you sale Assembled Dollhouses?

    Yes & No, Only the Dollhouses marked assembled.
     

  22. What brands of Miniatures do you carry?

  23. Do you take special request orders?

    Yes, we do everything in our power to help you and search for the item(s) that you are looking for.  So,

  24. How come there is no picture of an item or I can't view it?

    The reason some of the items do not have pictures maybe is due to either, the items is new or we are trying to save
    room on our server. Most likely the item does have a picture and can be view by opening the description of the item.
     

  25. Why did you cancel my order?

    We cancel orders due to many reasons:

    Non payment in the allotted time:

    We always allow 2 weeks for payments to be made. We will contact you at least once to give

    you the opportunity to change your card or allow you to make other payment arrangements.

    Credit card was declined:

    We will contact you at least once to give you the opportunity to change your card or allow you to make other payment arrangements

  26. What does it mean by Special Order Item?

    Special ordered Items are order as needed, they usually take 4 to 8 Weeks for delivery.

    Please Note: On occasion some Special Order Items may take longer
