Return Policy:

• Your satisfaction is our goal. We will make every attempt to make sure the products you order will meet your expectations.  However, "if you must return an item":
  

• All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt.
  

• Before returning an item (s) we asked that you contact us immediately, by Email. Upon doing so, we will send you the form to fill out to return with your package. Please Click Here -> For Return Form.
  

• Please Note: Failure to do so may result in us refusal of your package and will not issuing you a store credit
  

• Item(s) must be shipped back to us in their original packages (Un - Open) and in the original shipping box, to receive an exchanged item(s) or store credit.
  

• Please enclose a copy of your original invoice & the filled out return form.  With the reason for the return noted.
  

• All returns, must be insured.  Any Items returned uninsured and damaged, (Unless otherwise stated by your Email or when you call us) will not be applicable for a store credit or exchanged. Please insure the package for the cost of your item.
  

• Example:  If the item(s) Cost $89.00, it must be insured for at least $89.00.
  

• Shipping and insurance costs to on all returns are at customer's expense.
  

• "Special Orders" are non refundable and all dollhouse are subject to a 15% to 25% restocking charge.
  

• **** Note **** "Dollhouses" are subject to a 30% restocking charge.
